1, How will I receive my Grab gift code?

Once you place an order that includes a Grab gift code, it will be sent to your email within 24 hours of your purchase. Please make sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folder. If you have any issues or do not receive the code within this time frame, feel free to contact us at luminix.assist@gmail.com for assistance.

2. What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to deliver your order within 7-10 business days after it has been processed. Please note that this timeframe may vary slightly depending on your location and local shipping services.

3. Can I return the product if I'm not satisfied?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time. Please make sure to review all product details carefully before making your purchase.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed to ensure fast delivery. As a result, we do not accept cancellations. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

5. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item, and we'll assist you accordingly. 

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment until it arrives at your door.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. If you're outside Malaysia, we may consider international shipping in the future—stay tuned!
